Linka Android/client — corresponding source and license notice

The Linka Android client loads the E2EE-v5 provider in the same process. That
provider links Signal's Sparse Post-Quantum Ratchet, licensed under GNU AGPL
version 3 only. Linka conservatively distributes the combined client described
in LICENSE.md under AGPL-3.0-only.

The exact vendored Signal source, Linka integration and client source, group
provider source, build scripts, lockfiles, license map, notices, dependency
inventory and rebuild instructions corresponding to the distributed client are
included in the Android package at no charge:

assets/legal/linka-e2ee-v5-corresponding-source.zip

The corresponding source is also offered without charge at:

Signal SPQR upstream revision:
fd320484dcec89004021e6fdc7481825f5f261fa (v1.5.3)

The complete license is also packaged as assets/legal/AGPL-3.0-only.txt. The
license map, NOTICE, dependency inventory and Rust notices are adjacent in the
same assets/legal directory.
